On July 9, 2025, from 7pm to 8pm (with check-in starting at 6:30 pm), UBC Sauder will host a compelling IMBA sample lecture led by adjunct faculty member Trevor Sones. Drawing on his 14+ years of experience as a mediator with the BC Labour Relations Board and his academic expertise in organizational behaviour, conflict resolution, leadership, and communication, Trevor will guide participants through the essential behavioral tendencies and strategic thinking patterns that often lead to ineffective negotiations—and demonstrate how a more considered, strategic approach can significantly improve outcomes.
