Legendary singer of contemporary world music, Urna Chahar-Tugchi, who hails from Inner Mongolia, has graced countless stages around the world, transporting listeners to the vast, peaceful grasslands. With a voice described as the ‘perfect blend of nature and spirituality’, she is heavily influenced by Mongolian elements, especially the horsehead fiddle, and through global collaborations, she blends these traditions with Western genres like jazz using improvisation, creating a one-of-a-kind auditory experience. For her special tour, she’ll be joined by esteemed musicians like Hungarian violinist Zoltan Lantos, Spanish cellist Sergi Boadella, and Colombian drum and percussionist Toby Senior Vega.
