Azul is serial restaurateur Eduardo Vargas's flagship, and it's the Med and Latin accents you'll see on the lunch menu, coupled with stylishly casual decor, that have made it a long-term success both day and night. Lunch, it's two courses -- Latin seafood soup, avocado and beef salad, gazpacho, risotto "criollo-style", prawn penne -- for 90rmb; three courses for 110rmb. Includes a glass of wine, soft drink, or ice tea. 11am-4pm.
