The program includes Brahms’ “4 Klavierstücke, Op.119,” Czerny’s “Variations on a theme by Rode, Op.33,” Liszt’s “Après une lecture de Dante – Fantasia quasi sonata” from Années de pèlerinage, Debussy’s Suite bergamasque, and Stravinsky’s Three Movements from Petrushka arranged for piano.

Behzod Abduraimov

Behzod Abduraimov is an internationally recognized pianist known for his musical depth, technical ability, and delicate performances. He has performed with leading orchestras and conductors around the world, and his recordings have received international recognition.

Born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan in 1990, Abduraimov began studying piano at the age of five. In 2009, he won first prize at the London International Piano Competition with Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto No. 3.

His recordings have received awards including Choc de Classica and Diapason Découverte. His album Shadows of My Ancestors was released by Alpha Classics in 2024 and was recognized as a Gramophone Editor’s Choice and shortlisted for a Gramophone Award.
