Told entirely through flamenco dance, live music, and vocals, the production presents a full four-act structure with ten scenes, aiming to remain faithful to the original narrative while using modern stage design, lighting, and choreography.

The story traces Carmen and José’s journey from passion and desire to jealousy, violence, and death. The production stages all major characters from the original novel, unfolding a series of emotional confrontations that explore love, freedom, and fate. Scenes range from flirtation and confrontation to celebration and final reckoning, all driven by flamenco’s physical intensity.
