The Michelin-recommended 1515 West Chophouse & Bar at Jing An Shangri-La has launched a new à la carte menu focused on premium meat and seafood dishes. New additions include duck foie gras terrine with fruit chutney, crab and daikon cannelloni, and a tableside-prepared shrimp cocktail with wasabi sauce. Alongside its signature Australian and Uruguayan Wagyu selections, the restaurant is also introducing slow-braised beef short ribs, a seafood pot loaded with Boston lobster, crab legs, and shellfish, and a truffle-stuffed roast chicken designed for sharing. Desserts include a tableside flambéed baba au rhum and peach melba, with optional wine pairings curated by the hotel's beverage team.
