About the Performance

On March 14, 2026, Alexander Kashpurin presents his first solo recital in China at the Cadillac·Shanghai Concert Hall, Main Hall. Shanghai serves as the first stop of his China tour.

The Liszt Utrecht International Piano Competition is held every three years in Utrecht and is dedicated to the works of Franz Liszt.

For this recital, Kashpurin performs Sergei Rachmaninoff’s Études-Tableaux, Op.39, followed by Franz Liszt’s Piano Sonata in B minor, S.178. The concert includes a 15-minute intermission.
