From July 15 to October 15, 2026, The Shanghai EDITION reunites with acclaimed London-based restaurant brand Burger & Lobster for a seasonal collaboration, PLAY with FLAVOR | Burger & Lobster Returns with a Playful Summer Takeover.

As part of the hotel’s second-quarter chapter, PLAY, the collaboration draws inspiration from Burger & Lobster’s signature lobster and burger pairing, bringing together limited-time dishes, interactive installations, and a lively social atmosphere. Running through the peak of summer into early autumn, the campaign invites guests to enjoy a seasonal experience built around flavor, playfulness, and a sense of discovery.

The limited-time menu brings back Burger & Lobster favorites, including its iconic lobster roll and signature lobster beef burger, while introducing four new dishes inspired by local flavors and created exclusively for the season.
