Vocal: Sandra Samuel

This live jazz performance brings together an experienced international lineup led by vocalist Sandra Samuel. Known for her ability to elevate any stage, Sandra has performed everywhere from intimate jazz clubs to major venues like Blue Note and JZ Club across Shanghai and beyond. Her performances span multiple languages—including English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese—and move fluidly between styles such as jazz, soul, Bossa Nova, rock, and Italo Disco.

Piano: Trigger Su

On piano is Trigger Su (Su Shaonan), a new-generation Chinese jazz pianist and composer trained in Amsterdam and New York. His playing blends traditional and modern jazz with rock, hip hop, and gospel influences, balancing technical precision with expressive power.

Bass: Danny Zanker

He is joined by bassist Danny Zanker, whose career began in Texas before moving to New York, where he performed extensively across jazz, avant-garde, Balkan, and Middle Eastern music scenes, eventually forming his own band and original projects.

Drums: Mr. Beats

Completing the quartet is drummer Wang Pinhuan (Mr. Beats), a Shanghai-based jazz drummer and graduate of JZ School. Active across the city’s major jazz venues and festivals, he has collaborated with a wide range of domestic and international musicians. Together, the group delivers a polished yet dynamic live set designed for a seated audience, paired with curated food and drink options.
