Drawing from Italy, Spain, and the South of France, the seasonal lineup focuses on lighter spring ingredients — zucchini, asparagus, green peas, and fresh seafood — across nearly twenty new dishes. Highlights include grilled zucchini rollups with mozzarella, bluefin tuna tartare with avocado pesto and yuzu, roasted lemon chicken, handmade tagliatelle with duck ragout and porcini, and a lemon mousse with green tea almond crisp. Served inside the restaurant’s glasshouse or on its leafy terrace, it’s an easy spot for a relaxed spring meal with Mediterranean flavors.
