Specters hosts in local record shop The Melting Pot for a night of vinyl from guest DJ, TheNextOne from Italy. Widely considered a Bboy legend, The NextOne a.k.a. The Dreamer (born Maurizio Cannavò) is a Hip Hop pioneer in Italy. Not only has he been dancing as a Bboy for over 30 years but he is also a world renowned DJ and music producer. He’ll be joined by local heads from the shop, and bringing the music into funk, soul, and old school territory - a rare excursion for this punk dive bar. Should be a solid start to the weekend. Starts 10pm. No entry fee.
