Breaking the Ice is adapted from the television series The Thunder, transforming the original multi-episode narrative into a wordless dance production. It focuses on anti-drug enforcement, drawing from real-life cases connected to the “Thunder Strike” campaign.

The story follows two generations of narcotics officers working to dismantle an underground drug network. Without dialogue, the production relies on choreography and visual staging to present the conflict between law enforcement and criminal forces. Themes of justice, morality, and human struggle are expressed through movement and physical interaction.

The performance incorporates lighting, set design, and multimedia projections to build a cinematic atmosphere. Characters are developed through dance, portraying emotional tension, internal conflict, and the pressures faced in extreme situations.
