A six-course wine pairing dinner featuring wines from Domaine La Croix de Brully, one of Burgundy’s emerging rising star estates. Hosted by Zikoland founders Ziko and Yohan, alongside the estate owner Thibaut Jacquet, who will present the wines and share insights into the domaine and its winemaking philosophy. The selection focuses exclusively on prestigious Burgundy appellations, across both white and red wines. The menu has been specially curated by Chef Tony Yu of Sui Tang Li, a renowned restaurant located in The Upper House Shanghai. The dinner will take place in a private dining room, with each course designed to complement the wines served.
