Their recipes come from a "very low profile Michelin three star chef" in Switzerland, the same homeland as their luxury ice cream machine, the PacoJet. An 88rmb black truffle ice cream wears a crown of gold flakes, and begs for a WeChat moments photo. Other flavors include royal rose lychee, bourbon and roasted cherries, and peppercorn and pistachio. Though prices are a bit steep (ice cream starts around 58rmb), it's worth splurging on.
