Mr Waffle started as an online delivery business back in 2013, and from there has migrated to a brick and mortar location in Tianzifang. They're also frequent fixtures around Shanghai's pop-up markets scene -- the Jiashan Saturday market in particular -- slinging their simple menu of authentic Brussels-style and Liege-style Belgian waffles, ice cream, cookies, ginger bread, mulled wine, and hot chocolate. Prices for treats are between 35rmb and 80rmb. In the summertime they do a mobile "Ice Cream on Wheels" promotion for office functions and parties -- you might have seen them on Donghu Lu last year -- and in winter, they do "Waffles on Wheels".
