A San Francisco pilates franchise that made it to Shanghai in early 2018. They offer pilates on reformers, as well as barre and boxing in two well-lit and well-curated studios. Studio A is about the pilates you might know, including Pilates Pro Beginner Class, Pilates Pro Class, Pilates 40-Works, whereas studio B offers a wider variety of small group fitness classes, including Ballet Bootcamp, BarrePro, Energy Kickboxing, matBox, Mat Pilates, Yogalates and Tabata.The pilates room is shabby chic with exposed brick, and the ballet barre room's bright and clean. Staff are friendly and classes are run at a pace that's alright for beginners.
