LatinSoul is a community for the dance lovers out there. The two founders from Shanghai and Japan have been organizing regular salsa and bachata nights at different bars and restaurants around town for quite some time now. They usually start with a lesson at around 10pm, then it's pretty much a free-for-all dancing session long into the night. They also host a big Latin Festival in July.
