This is the third location of popular ice cream shop and patisserie, Luneurs. The first is in Xingfuli and second on Huashan Lu. They've brought their outstanding ice creams (the salted caramel!) into this mall kiosk and added a few other flavors, like Dark Chocolate and a regular Vanilla. Expect the same high standards that draw queues at their other locations.
