The second in a chain of pie-shop run by Lindsey, an ex-fashion designer who taught herself to bake while she was in Europe. The pies list is a who's-who of the classics; apple pies, blueberry pies, cheese pies, cream pies, pumpkin pie, for between 38-48rmb per slice, or 238-298rmb for the whole thing. Although there are only about 10-15 on the list at any one time, they've got something like 30 flavors, and rotate flavors out regularly. Lychee pie last week! Fig pie this week! They've also got a handful of tarts, financiers, brownies and madeleines. Also quiche. Flavor-wise, they're toeing the line for a local market not used to being overwhelmed by sugar and cinnamon, but it's still some all-American goodness in pie shape.
