Hidden down a small street off of Huashan Lu, Time Passage (or Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow in Chinese) has somehow managed to stay open and running since 1994. It's a great place for a relaxing drink during the week and every weekend they have live blues, jazz, or rock music. The crowd is a healthy mix of Chinese and slightly older foreigners looking for a low-key place to enjoy a beer.
