Spud Ranger is Shanghai first baked potato fast food restaurant, located in Jing’an district in a former industrial block, now renovated and known as M+Mali. Restaurant’s seat capacity is ~10 seats. Each spud at average 400-500 grams, freshly baked, after gently mixed with butter and cheese, and served with all sorts of different toppings: Frankfurt sausage, bacon, oil soaked herring, smoked chicken, combined with pickled and fresh veggies for extra flavor.
