Established in 2016, BodyLab is an international dance and rhythmic gymnastics center with two dance schools and two dedicated training venues in Shanghai Pudong district. Recognized for our elite instructors and creative methodology, we provide a world-class environment for dance and sport development.

We offer a wide range of recreational and competitive programs for children ages 4 to 16, as well as diverse classes for adults.

Our curriculum spans:

• Rhythmic Gymnastics
• Dance Styles: Hip-Hop, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, and Latin
• Fitness & Wellness: Zumba, Yoga and Fitness classes

Beyond regular classes, we provide various dance workshops, team-building events, cultural exchange activities, and competition opportunities for groups. We also collaborate with many international schools to offer abundant performance opportunities.
We welcome students of all levels, ages, and backgrounds from Shanghai and beyond to join our community.
