Sultan is a Turkish restaurant in the PAC with a massive shaded patio that’s made for long, leisurely meals. The menu is extensive — mezzes, grilled meats, Turkish breakfast sets, and even a whole separate menu just for desserts. Dishes are generous and meant for sharing, with prices ranging from 38–148rmb. Highlights include the Fette Salad (78rmb), Adana Kebab (108rmb), Kulbasti (148rmb), and Mevlana Pide (98rmb). There’s also a long list of drinks, from fresh juices to cocktails, so there’s something for everyone. Best enjoyed with a group of three or more, especially if you’re outside. One of the few places in Shanghai doing Turkish food at this scale.
