FATHOM is a contemporary seafood restaurant in the historic Bund City Hall building, built around the idea of "New Wave Cuisine." The kitchen is led by Russian chef Evgeny Vikentev, whose modern, detail-driven approach has earned him a Michelin star. The space leans into the theme without going overboard, with wave-inspired textures, stone tables, and a dramatic entrance designed to evoke descending beneath the surface.
