Crystal Bridge is a developed mixed-use complex in Changning District, jointly developed by Tishman Speyer, Shanghai New Changning Group, and Mitsubishi Estate. Located at the intersection of Tianshan Lu and Gubei Lu, the 250,000 sqm project combines five Grade-A office towers with a high-end retail destination, connected directly to Metro Lines 2 and 15 through its underground public space. Designed by NBBJ, the complex features a sunken garden plaza, sky bridges linking the buildings, and a rooftop “cloud garden” surrounded by a diamond-like glass façade with integrated lighting. With LEED Gold-certified facilities and smart building management systems, Crystal Bridge aims to create a new urban hub for business, lifestyle, and innovation. The project is expected to attract more than 200 companies, with a focus on industries including biotech and the digital economy, while its retail area plans to bring in international beauty concepts, premium dining, and first-store brands. After its official completion in November 2025, Crystal Bridge opened for trial operations in July 2026.
