Sky Mall is a large shopping and lifestyle complex next to Xinzhuang Metro Station, covering nearly 300,000 square meters across shopping, dining, entertainment, and leisure. Open since 2009, it has long been a go-to family destination in southwest Shanghai. After a major ongoing renovation that started in 2025, the mall is gradually shifting from a traditional shopping center into a more open lifestyle space, with new additions including a pink outdoor tennis court, a social club for older residents, the “day coffee, night drinks” street, themed markets and more. There’s also a mix of restaurants, fitness spots, entertainment and retail, making it more of an all-day hangout than just a place to shop.
