Char is a contemporary steakhouse and bar in the Hotel Indigo, just up a bit from The Cool Docks. Although it’s been around for a minute, and it shows in places, they can still be counted upon for a hip, trendy, boutique hotel sort of feel. The upstairs bar is also an attraction with its panoramic, unobstructed riverside views. More chill than the options up the road.
