    The Plump Oyster is a late night oyster bar and lounge specializing in its namesake mollusk. The menu features several varieties of oysters, all imported from France, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, the US and other premier oyster-producing regions in the world. Supplementing the oysters is a small menu of other bar bites like charcuterie, cheese, caviar, and even cheddar cheese fries. But make no mistake; the real star here is the oysters. For liquid refreshment there is decent selection of wines, cocktails, and a huge list of artisan gins.
