Gyms. Friggin' expensive, eh? What's with that? I just wanna LIFT man, I just wanna LIFT. What if we told you we can hook you up with a 20-month gym pass to Physical (over 20 locations in Shanghai) for only 1,200rmb. Damn! Well, that's what we're telling you.

*** One of Shanghai's major gym chains, Physical -- check them out online here -- is registering SmartShanghai readers with a 20-month gym pass for 1,200rmb. (Usual price would be 6,150 RMB for 20 months). In addition to access to their 20-something venues in Shanghai, you've also got the option for access to their swimming pools for an extra 1000rmb on that total (usually another 600rmb per month). Note: there is a restriction on the pool. With this deal you can't swim on the weekends or during the period from 5pm to 8pm on weekdays. Still. A 20-month pass for 1,200rmb? That's super reasonable. That's insanely reasonable. Okay So here is what you do.: Add their English-language sales rep on WeChat (138 1787 5276). And say: "I heard about your 1,200rmb deal on SmartShanghai. I'd like that thanks!" And you'll go from there. Your call on the pool add-on. This deal is available for new members, or existing members who's cards expired more than six months ago (August).
