Every year Bubba's slow-smokes USDA turkeys over applewood for TAKEOUT, and every year, they sell out real quick. Pre-orders and reservations, plus a deposit, gotta go in early as possible. UPDATE, Nov 16: No more turkeys available for the 26th. Still possible if you want one for the 27-29th. Call the restaurant and ask for Ken to reserve. Twelve-pound turkeys, about enough for 10 people, for 650rmb. Cornbread stuffing, smoked turkey gravy, and homemade pumpkin and pecan pies also available, at a price.
