Over the weekend of September 4 and 5, the 2010 Shanghai Sevens will once again bring world class rugby to the city. Thousands of spectators will be there, watching the city's biggest rugby event, and for the second consecutive year, the Shanghai Sevens host the IRB Asian Sevens Series: 12 international teams, 16 amateur club teams, 4 international women's teams, and 2 vets teams.
