The legendary Staatskapelle Dresden orchestra will be visiting Shanghai for what promises to be an unforgettable concert. Recently awarded the 2007 European Culture Foundation prize for the Preservation of the World’s Musical Heritage, the orchestra will be led by acclaimed Danish conductor Nikolaj Znaider, while star performer will be Chinese violinist, Mengla Huang.
