In honor of both American and French Independence, Force 8 Wine Cellars hosts a tasting of both nations' wines, featuring two wines from Silverado Vineyards in Napa Valley as well as some selections from Alsace and Burgundy. 6.45-8.45pm. Cost is 180rmb per person.
