Every evening at Kartel wine bar and cocktail lounge, happy hour is from 6-8pm, Ricard pastis is 25rmb, draft beers are 25rmb, Red and white wine are 25rmb per glass, and Aperol spritz is 30rmb. This is an attractive wine bar and bistro on Xiangyang Lu. The interior -- and the excellent terrace -- is much nicer than it would seem from outside. This is an excellent deal for those in the area after work.
