Take a Sunday afternoon to give something back to those less fortunate. Shanghai volunteer organization BEAN invite you to a knitting session to make blankets for AIDS-impacted orphans in South Africa. BEAN will provide the yarn, needles, and a teacher to show you what to do. Just email beanshanghai@gmail.com with "Knit a Square - Oct 19" in the subject line and they'll send you the address.
