For the second year running, VICE China throws its end-of-year The World Is SInking, We Are Celebrating! party. Last year they brought over Toronto experimental electronic unit Holy Fuck; this year they're flying in krautrock pioneer Michael Rother, co-founder of genre-defining space rock experimentalists Neu!. Holy fuck! Now that's a booking. Joining the party is also Russian psychobilly band Messer Chups (full pause), plus local sounds from Hualun and The Psyders.
