Several of the city's punk / trash / hardcore bands doing a global benefit concert for Bay Area hardcore 'zine Maximum Rock & Roll. The publication has been at it since 1982 but apparently these are tough times, so this is one of over 40 benefit shows happening on May 16 to keep the 'zine running. Music by Loudspeaker, Torturing Nurse, Round Eye, Smoking Area, Zi Lu, and Pinball City. Cover is 60 bones. Starts at 9pm.
