Two days of over 100 beers, music, and food at this solid annual festival that used to be called the Sinan Mansions Beer Festival (couldn't get the permit there this year). Free entry, but gotta pay for drinks / food. Pretty much any venue in town that has anything to do with the production or sale of quality craft beer will converge at The Place in Hongqiao, about a ten minute walk from the Loushanguan Lu metro station on Line 2. Local breweries like Boxing Cat and The BREW will be joined by other domestics like Jing A, Master Gao, Great Leap, Four Furnace, and Slow Boat, plus some international brands. Food from Commune Social, Pirata, New York Style Steak & Burger, Madison, Liquid Laundry, Doghouse, and many more. Goes from noon–9.30pm both days.
