One of Shanghai's biggest and best festivals throws down for the 12th year in a row, out in the lush Expo Garden. Expect multiple stages, some big international acts (past years have seen Bootsie Collins, Victor Wooten, Earth Wind And Fire, Joss Stone, Mos Def, and Robert Glasper), and a lot of talented, smaller acts you might not have heard but will probably dig.
