This humble, friendly little eatery specializes in hearty snacks and noodle dishes of Shaanxi Province, like its namesake Saozi Mian, a hot and sour soup with hand-pulled noodles; biang biang mian, a thick broad noodle tossed with ground pork, chili oil and vegetables. They also do a pretty good rou jia mo, that Shaanxi-style toasted bun stuffed with stewed pork.
