New bar/lounge/small club just a few blocks down from the Yongkang jungle. Two floors, with the second overlooking the dancefloor. Some nooks for lounging as well, and lots of skulls ("kulou" is pinyin for "skull"). Cocktails are generally 50rmb, as are most beers but at least it's decent stuff like La Chouffe. Expect DJs there on the weekends.
