Cryo World is Shanghai's first and only cryotherapy center, located in the Anken Life complex in Jing'an. Cryotherapy, a treatment used by several professional sports teams, blasts patients with serious sub-zero temperatures (-144 C / -227.2 F) for up to three minutes to help with sports training recovery, decreasing inflammation, improving mood, boosting the immune system, burning calories, and curing depression and hangovers.
