Trendy, modern, and not cheap Taiwanese BBQ spot with locations on Changle Lu and out in Hongqiao. Basically, they combine the better aspects of Korean and Japanese BBQs and then add cheese to it. The place has good service, a soundtrack of trance from ten years ago, a lively environment, and Asahi draft with the frosty on top. Must order dishes include the beef tongue with mountains of chopped scallion, the squid ink sausage served with their house-made armageddon hot sauce, crab roe stuffed raw scallop, mentaiko and cheese-baked yam, and the staff rice mixed up with scallions, onions, and salmon furikake. For dessert, the sweet potato baked with cheese​ is a strong look. Definitely suitable for a date.
