Pretty nice lounge bar attached to Chez Maurice Bistro. The menu is populated with simple signature cocktails that rotate out monthly. They've got things like Memory of Geisha (68rmb), which is vodka, kelp and shiso, Uptown Girl Smash (68rmb) with gin, cherry brandy, berry shrub and rose, and Jalisco Breeze (78rmb), a slightly less ambitious mixture of tequila, guava, lime and lemongrass. There's food, too, in themed lists, like "Briny," "Salty & Umami," "Fruity," and "Spice & Spicy". Mose of this stuff sits between 30-60rmb per plate, except the Jamon, which comes to 188rmb for 80 grams. The cocktails and food are designed to go together, with a pair of cocktails listed directly underneath each food category. The interior's brick and wood, with old French posters on the wall, and the music has been known to venture into 60s French pop-rock. There's a nice rooftop at the top floor, which can be booked out for events and the like.
