A craft beer bar in the basement of the Shangri-La with beer prices that change every 30 minutes, predetermined by a spreadsheet. There's a bar, lounge, and dining area, not to mention private rooms. The place attracts the older customers with their leather armchairs and 1920's financial themes. They serve several craft beers on draft like Punk IPA, Vagabond Pale Ale, Dead Guy Ale, Libertine Black Ale, and their very own The Exchange Lager. Prices are mid-range, but there is an additional 10% hotel service charge and 6% VAT.
