FED (standing for Flower, Eat, Drink) is a modern restaurant tucked inside a stainless steel and gauze-curtained greenhouse. A refined dining environment, but not too staid and uptight. A friendly neighborhood fine-dining venue. The cuisine's Modern French, plus a little Asian twist, with a playful attitude. Not quite "food made to look like something it's not" but every plate seems to carry some surprise. Chef and GM Frederic Quemin calls it 'Tradern.' Traditional/Morden. There's a little kookiness in there. Prices hit those fine-dining notes; easily 500rmb here per person. They do a lunch menu closer to Frederic's traditional French roots, available without dropping a bomb. Brunch starts from 10.30am to 16.30pm during weekends, menu includes classics like Egg Benedict and casual dishes like burger and fries.
