Diner serves "nü diner" food — contemporary revisions of classic American fat-ass cuisine. All given that contemporary twist with things like chipotle aoili, cured lemon aoili, caramelized onion, candied chili, brandy gravy, blueberry compote, hazelnut butter, ferrero rocher, pistachio streusel, foie gras, and... yes... homemade spam. They've got really, really good pancakes. Austin Hu's signature is all over it, though he left the enterprise in 2018.
