The little brother brand of Taizhou seafood chain Xin Rong Ji. Rong Cuisine re-opened in Hotel Andaz back in spring 2018. The hotel environment and the casual and hip design of the restaurant is a good fit. It's a popular place for nearby white collars to have perhaps a longer than necessary lunch break. Like all the Xin Rong Ji chains, Rong Cuisine doesn't accept reservation for main dining hall tables. They are too busy. A few signature dishes could be sold out before 1pm.
