Crayfish joint that was originally located on Fuxing Lu and Maoming Lu, hence the Chinese name, but its now migrated to Shaanxi Nan Lu. Late-night, but not much of a party atmosphere, mostly small groups taking their time enjoying the food after a long day. Their specialty is stir-fried garlic crayfish with niangao (sticky rice cake) - lots of flavor and freshness. They also serve ma la headless crayfish, with heads removed to make it easier to eat.
