This is the second iteration of Oxalis, the first being a short-lived version at The Waterhouse Hotel that closed in January 2019. In it, chef Jonas Noel, an escapee from the fine-dining world, uses the technique he learned to create high-end brasserie food in an airy, botanical-themed restaurant behind the Natural History Museum.
